You know how you hang out with friends and have a good time? You share a slice of pizza, taste each other’s fries and bite a piece of their burger. You talk about life, play a few games, share your hopes and dreams before calling it a good night and promising to doing it all over again. Then you hug long and say your goodbyes but for you, the waving means, “Same time next week?”
Well, this isn’t one of them.
I started having guest writers on here to free me up to write the book. That well has sort of dried up. I say sort of because there are a few guys, perhaps 5 or so that are to send me articles.
But the show must go on. And the show here is my book schedule.
I’ll be gone a while.
Not long, but it’ll be quiet here save for a guest post or 2 should I receive one.
So far so good on my end. Will update you soon.
Also, I’m back to working out. It’s been 3 days since I wrote this and the changes are visible it’s crazy. Lost some waist inches from water retention and bloating and I feel great. I’m doing Insanity and a dance workout but I do extra stretches end of day so I don’t end up sore the following day so it takes more than an hour plus each day plus eating clean. I forgot how great this was and fell real hard. Took 3 years to lose my results but wowie! I’m clear headed about it now.
There are so many lols to what I’ve said above and I’m sure I’ll bring you back to this for a fuller picture soon.
But I hope this serves as an explanation for my disappearing act. Not ghosting y’all. Just trying to whip up a book is all. And stay in great shape while at it.
LOL moment: I took the pic for this post sometime 2015. I got a little bit bigger for my work out tights and can’t seem to find them so the above pants are my current work out pants. Circle of life I tell ya ! 🙂
